The trip as a whole was so fun! I loved all of the activities that were planned. The only thing I would change is that often we would arrive at a venue and there would be no communication about whether we should get off, where we should go when we got off the bus, etc. On the day's Jessica and Nadege were on the bus with us, they would keep us updated on what we would be doing. When they weren't on the bus it was kind of a guessing game what we should do next. I recommend that they ride with us on the bus to all activities or that they come meet us on the bus and get us started. Otherwise, Jessica did an amazing job helping us tailor the activities to what we were looking to do. It was a very enjoyable experience. I will definitely be looking to use JD Agency again.

This was my first time working with this program in general, and I happened to be the trip leader. This organization was amazing! They handled all contact professionally and were friendly and easy to work with. They had everything we needed in mind while organizing the trip, and on the grounds of Martinique, they curated the best experience for our students. We were all very happy.

We cannot rave enough about the truly outstanding student language and cultural immersion trip we experienced in Martinique. JD Agency supported us every step of the way—pricing, programming, and tailoring every detail to meet our needs—and consistently went above and beyond. Every element of the experience was exceptional: activities, meals, tours, logistics, lodging, and guides were all five-star quality. I have traveled on several student trips, both as a leader and a chaperone, and this one absolutely blew me away. We especially LOVED our tour manager, Yoma! We cannot express how grateful we are for her energy, care, and connection with our students. Chloé also brought incredible enthusiasm and joy to each day. I will be recommending JD Agency on every teacher platform I can—and happily sharing our experience with AATF. It’s truly a MUST for any French program! - Cannon School

Thank you so much for this message. it means a lot for the whole team! It was a real pleasure building this Martinique program with you, and I’m glad everything delivered the way it should: strong academic immersion, cultural depth, smooth logistics, and a comfortable day-to-day experience for both students and chaperones. And yes, Yoma is truly special! I’m so happy her energy, care, and connection with the students made such a difference. I’ll also share your note with Chloé, she’ll love it! Thank you for recommending JD Agency Experience to other teachers. Whenever you’re ready to talk about the next trip (Guadeloupe next time ?), we’re here.

Everything was great, however, once flight issues started to occur for the return trip, the parents only received sporadic communication from the student only. We would have liked to received coordinate communication from JD / Cannon, rather than relying on students to do their best to relay the ever moving details.

Thank you for the feedback and also, we truly loved having Lily with us in Martinique. Thank you again for your trust. On the return trip disruption: the group’s flight was delayed, everyone was rebooked on a flight the following day, and the students were able to stay overnight at a hotel in Miami ; safe and supervised. In situations like this, the school/chaperone team is the primary communication channel to families, since they have the most immediate access to students and the live updates on-site. Our role is to support the group and help coordinate where needed. That said, we agree parents should experience more structured updates. Going forward, we’ve tightened the protocol with trip leaders: one designated parent-update channel, scheduled check-ins (even if the update is “no change”), and coordinated messaging during disruptions so families aren’t relying on students to relay shifting details.
